Fagor Industrial launches its new blog, with information, interviews and practical advice on today´s catering sector

Oñati, Guipúzcoa, 6th May 2010-. Fagor Industrial, Spain's leading company in all-round solutions for the restaurant, catering and laundry sector, today launched its corporate blog, www.fagorindustrial.com/blog, designed as "a source of highly interesting news and information, not only on our company but also in the restaurant and catering sector worldwide," writes Kepa Bedialauneta, Fagor Industrial's Managing Director, in the opening post.

Geared to customers, the media and, in general, "anyone with an interest in the evolution of this sector and its events," as Peio Bengoetxea, the Fagor Industrial Group's Marketing Manager, explains, the blog will combine the latest sector news with features on important figures in the restaurant and catering world, many of whom equip their establishments with Fagor Industrial's products. "In the first posts, readers will find a report on the 2010 Shanghai Hotelex Trade Fair and an interview with Daniel García, a Michelin star holder and one of Bilbao's most important chefs and catering entrepreneurs".

The blog will also deal with practical issues, providing professionals with tips on a variety of subjects such as self-service restaurant block distribution, the basic keys to energy saving in washing and cooking processes and the requirements to be taken into account when supplying equipment to the health sector. "No aspect of today's catering business will be left out: readers will find specific information on upcoming and past events and fairs, with special attention being given to an increasingly important environment: that of the bloggers and restaurant reporters," says Peio Bengoetxea.

The comments section is one of the most highly valued aspects of the Fagor Industrial's new blog.
