A complete demonstration programme with Fagor Cooking Experience

Fagor Cooking Experience will be one of the strong points about the presence of Fagor Industrial at Host 2011. With these interactive demonstration sessions, Fagor Industrial seek to take their Showroom concept to trade fairs and exhibitions. This communication method has proved quite effective to convey the quality and performance message of their various cooking elements to customers and partners.

The Fagor Cooking Experience sessions will be held at the booth itself, with an centre area exclusively dedicated to demonstrations. Demonstrations will be presented by the corporate Chef of Fagor Industrial, Oier Biritxinaga, who will have the collaboration of some special guests during the sessions, such as the Polish Chef Przemyslaw Szczepanik. Their location at the booth itself put these demonstrations at the core of a proposal with which Fagor Industrial pretend to stand out among all the international companies present at Host 2011.

G-900: new features of the top cooking range

The Milan Exhibition will also be the place where Fagor Industrial will display their main product news, among which their new, improved cooking range G-900 is highlighted. This range extends the portfolio with new machines: an induction cooker with a power of 5 KW at each flame, redesigned to obtain the maximum efficiency of electrical consumption; a ceramic cooker with resistors at two heating areas, adjusting thermostat and a power of 3,4 KW at each flame; a French cooker with ½ M plate and a cooked meal keeper with a power of 1,5 KW and a GN1/1 capacity.

All the machines of this range have been subjected to an intense process of redesign in order to increase their sturdiness and ease the maintenance and cleaning operations. All their components fulfil the protection standard IPX5 against water jets, to ensure an optimal waterproof level. Stainless steel is still the only material used in their manufacturing, and its sturdiness has been increased, with a table thickness of 3 mm. Also the ease of use of cookers, cooking pots, frying pans, barbecues, fry-tops and fryers have been improved, as they now offer the possibility of ignition by spark train.

Within the different product categories that make up the G-900 range, gas cookers now have enamelled diffusers and burners, while the cooking pot family include a double lid with air hollow and a new hinge that enables lifting the lid at any position. The inner part of the lid is now made with no slots to avoid dirt accumulation, and the bain-marie tank has an automatic filling function. The tilting frying pan family also have new hinges and no slots inside the lid. Furthermore, they have a new design to condensate the steam inside the tank, enabling the water fall inside when opening it. Burners have also been redesigned, with a new positioning that increases effectiveness and power.

ECO Dish Washing: maximum economy and zero emissions

Host 2011 attendees can also see the new ECO gas dish washers from Fagor Industrial, designed for groups with high volumes of service to wash. These models offer a high performance, they have been created to reach power savings levels that allow purchasers to obtain the best return from their investment within 6 to 18 months, according to the model chosen and the usage.

Dishwashers in this range allow a decrease of 80% in power consumption, 80% of cost/dish in kW, 80% of the cost of gas kW when compared to the electricity kW, and savings of 60% in the expenditure of gas, electricity and water. Furthermore, in these new models filling is made with hot water through the generator, which makes it possible to reduce the nominal response time in 40%. The common environment care standards of the whole ECO range from Fagor Industrial ensure a zero degree of emission of pollutants.

The new ECO dishwasher range include the maximum level of hygiene and safety in their features: The rinsing function is adjusted by their Thermostop function, to attain results with optimal quality while working at 85-90%, and include an anti-backflow to avoid the return of gas to the machine. The combustion and gas extraction process is enabled by means of their chimney with fan and remover, and all their functions can be managed and supervised with an electronic control system.

Advance Industrial Cold: The best from space and consumption

Industrial Cold shall be represented at Host 2011 with the new models of the Advance freezing cabinets, with an improved design that optimizes their storage capacity within compact dimensions and the maximum degree of power efficiency. They ensure the maximum work efficiency, even in extreme environmental conditions, with temperatures up to 43 degrees Celsius.

The exclusive ADVANCE technology offers a compact refrigerating unit installed outside the chamber which is highly effective and efficient. The access door to the refrigerator motor is hinged and located at the back. They have an airtight compressor with a ventilated condenser and an evaporator located outside the chamber, which makes greater storage capacity possible.

The cabinets from the ADVANCE product line make it possible to consume 15% less energy than similar models from the CONCEPT product line, and they have a new ECO function which ensures more efficient and affordable operation, and increases energy savings by a further 12%. They have a 60mm layer of injected polyurethane for improved thermal insulation, and the absence of CFCs, both in their insulation and their R-404 ecological refrigerant, make them a product which fully respects the environment. Furthermore, the materials with which they have been built are 99% recyclable and their interiors are lit with LED technology, which provides a significant reduction in energy consumption in comparison to other lighting systems.

The ADVANCE cabinets have been designed to make the task of cleaning them as easy as possible, thanks to their recessed flooring with curved angles, their interior recessed guides which mean that the support guides and racks do not need to be removed, and they have easily removable rubber seals. Furthermore, they have an evaporator installed outside the chamber, which does not come into contact with the food, to ensure an optimal level of hygiene.

The operation of the ADVANCE cabinets can be managed by using their electronic temperature and defrost control and the information which appears on their digital indicator displays. They fully comply with the HACCP system requirements which guarantee the conservation of food and keeping the cold chain, and they make it possible to programme alarms and history for a period of seven days.
