Fagor Industrial to attend the Shanghai Hotelex Fair

• The firm will showcase its latest cooker, oven, washing machine and dishwasher models

• It has also confirmed its presence at the Prorestel and EuroGastro trade fairs in France and Warsaw


Oñati, Guipúzcoa, March 2010-. Fagor Industrial, Spain's leading company in all-round solutions for the restaurant and catering sector, has announced it will be participating in the Hotelex Trade Show to be held from 19 March to 1 April at the New International Expo Centre in Shanghai (China). At the fair Fagor Industrial will be showing visitors its latest innovations in cookers, ovens, washing machines, dishwashers and commercial refrigerators.

In the cooker area it will be presenting the 700 range, which in addition to specific appliances for every kind of cooking function - cooking units, bain maries, fry-tops, pasta cookers, gas cookers with oven and tilting bratt pans - also includes major improvements in power, ergonomics and ease of use and cleaning; and the 600 range, geared to bars, cafés and other small establishments and which offers solutions in gas cookers, fry-tops, electric fryers, fried food warmers and vitro-ceramic hobs.


Touch screens for easy control

The range of ovens presented at the fair will include models from Fagor Industrial's Visual line, including the top-of-the-range model Visual Plus, which incorporates the sector's most advanced technological developments: its Touch Control digital touch screen provides a full options menu for programming, cooking modes, temperatures, times, washing and automatic cooking - recipes can even be imported and exported via a USB device - and simple control of functions such as cooking chamber cleaning, with five different options.

In the laundry section, Fagor Industrial will be presenting its high-speed washing machines equipped with the new MP processor that multiplies the programming and control options for all types of washing with 16 standard programmes and the possibility of programming another 83, a graphic display for wash phase monitoring, a self-diagnosis module and the exclusive memory kit with external memory card, plus wash control programming software enabling new wash programmes to be created on computer and transferred to the washing machine. In the dishwashing section, the firm will be presenting the Advance range models, equipped with digital displays showing information on the wash and rinse water temperatures, an error and breakdown self-diagnosis function and a non-return system to prevent the wash and rinse water from flowing back into the mains supply.


A busy month of trade shows

From 20 - 23 March Fagor Industrial will also be attending Prorestel, the professional hospitality, catering and food trade show held biannually in the French town of Saint Malo. It will be presenting a variety of high-performance washing machine models and tumble dryers on the Alliance Froid Cuisine Stand. From 24 - 26 March the company will also be exhibiting at EuroGastro, in Warsaw, Poland's most important trade fair for the catering and restaurant sector.
