Fagor Industrial revolutionises dishwashing with its new ADVANCE line

Fagor Industrial, Spain's leading company in all-round solutions for the restaurant and catering sector, today announced the launch of its new ADVANCE line of dishwashers, created in line with a revolutionary concept of appearance and finishes and designed to speed up high-volume washing processes while assuring greater energy savings and environmental protection.

The new line of industrial dishwashers includes electronic functions making their operation much easier and intuitive, particularly their digital displays that constantly inform of the water temperature during both the rinse and wash cycles. The ADVANCE line also includes a thermal stop option to guarantee the rinse temperature is always above 85ºC, which is the minimum required to stop bacteria from reproducing.

All the ADVANCE line appliances also have a non-return system to prevent the wash and rinse water from flowing back into the mains supply, ensuring improved hygiene throughout the washing process, and they also include an error and breakdown self-diagnosis function to facilitate the work of the maintenance technicians.


ECO Range: environment-friendly savings

With the new ADVANCE line, particular attention is paid to environmental protection in the ECO range models, whose name describes how economical and eco-friendly they are. They include an external gas-fired hot water generator allowing up to 80% energy savings, a 40% time reduction on operation and 100% reduction of pollutant waste emission, among other improvements. Overall, the ECO dishwashers offer savings enabling them to pay for themselves in less than three years.


ADVANCE COMPLET, technology at the service of the most demanding users

As part of the overall line of ADVANCE dishwashers, the ADVANCE COMPLET range has the best features and is geared towards users looking for the latest developments in performance and power. The improvements incorporated by these models include a double wall, to increase sound-proofing and reduce temperature loss in the wash tank. This range also has a double (upper and lower) rotary wash and rinse system, a rounded tank to facilitate washing and draining, thermostatic temperature control, safety thermostats, a safety micro switch on the door or lid and a rinse aid and detergent dispenser.

The ADVANCE line will include glass washers, front-loading dishwashers, large door front-loading dishwashers and hood-type dishwashers, both gas and electric-powered.
