In Fagor Industrial we know that the most important asset of a company is its People.

We understand that in order to compete in an ever-globalized market, the most important thing is to have a well-prepared, motivated staff, which is continuously developing, as our staff is.

So are the more than 1600 professionals working in several fields. Men and women working for Fagor Industrial all over the world.

Workers that in many cases are cooperative partners, an active and participatory part of the reality of our company. All of them share the same daily devotion and self-improvement that make them our most important value.

Since 2000, and thanks in part to the internationalization process started by the group, our staff multiplied by four, exceeding 1600 employees in 2007.
