Regarding the economic aspect, direct workforce partners and mid-degree technicians usually get more money than the equivalent workers in the market, because on top of the monthly wage -that we call “advanced payment” and is similar to the market’s- our partners benefit in normal circumstances from the monthly share of profit, according to the professional level they have in the Cooperative.
Regarding our top executives, their global compensation is in general lower than those from outside, as part of the compensation solidarity commitment.
