Requirements

A large business and commercial centre has grown up during the last decade on one of the hills surrounding the city of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. It is sometimes called the Manhattan of Prague for its large number of skyscrapers. It is also sometimes referred to as Prague´s Silicon Valley for the high number of resident international high-tech companies.

A 1200-place canteen was required for the staff working at the complex.

Fagor Solution

Fagor supplied the company with machinery for cooking, dishwashing and refrigeration of raw materials and final products, through its main distributor Aralsa.
