Requirements

The Hotel Furama had been using other brands in its kitchens for over 10 years and needed to renovate its old installations. On an initial consultation, the consultancy firm advised using an American brand, although the distributor wished to change to Fagor or another competitor brand.

Fagor Solution

We invited the client to visit the Shangri-la installations. The sales manager and the distributor presented the new 700 Range to the client, showing all its advantages and characteristics and also presenting the other Fagor Industrial products. In addition to the presentations, Fagor Industrial also offered the client an excellent after-sales service.
