MAIN KITCHEN (SEMIBASEMENT).-

• Floor mounted scales with electronic display

• Non perishables storage racks

• Cool store installation for perishables

• Cool preparation areas directly connected to the cool stores

• Customised steel furnishings

• Machinery for raw material preparation

• Cooking area with Visual Plus 202 ovens with built in tray

• Suspended g-900 cooker block

• Heat sealing, pasteurisation and gn-2/1 refrigerated display cabinet area

• Centralised washing up area to wash all the cutlery for the two cafeterias and the cooking utensils

PUBLIC CAFETERIA (GROUND FLOOR).-

• Customised line buffet with built in hot and cold elements

• High display cabinets covered with stainless steel frames

• Cafeteria bar with built in display unit and customised backbar

• Tray collection system with conveyor belt

STAFF CAFETERIA (FIRST FLOOR).-

• Buffet free flow and show cooking

• High display cabinets covered with stainless steel frames

• Cafeteria bar with built in display unit and customised backbar

• Tray collection system with conveyor belt
