Requirements

Create a gastronomic offer with the same spirit of innovation present in the Guggenheim Bilbao. At the artistic level when it comes to quality and spirit of investigation.

Fagor Solution

A precise kitchen, with a lot of speed, much power, and silent.
It was important for it to be ecological, very easy to clean, and without loss of energy. For it to be beautiful and functional and, above all, for it to connect with a way of working.
Due to the above, the standard product is not valid, which is why all elements have been tailor- made.

Installed equipment

WAREHOUSE AND CHAMBERS:
Refrigeration chamber, a set of aluminium and polythene shelves, gastronorm cabinet.

Wine cellar.
